Service:
It is Norgas Controls, Inc. policy to ship all orders the same day pending
availability and configuration constraints. We also will provide the necessary
technical expertise in all of our product applications.
Credit Terms:
We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express.
3% service charge may apply.
Terms are net 30 days upon credit approval. Past due accounts may be subject
to a service charge and/or account suspension until all outstanding balances are
paid.
Freight:
All prices are FOB, Burlington, KY or nearest stocking warehouse unless
otherwise negotiated. All orders will require a $50.00 minimum.
All COD orders add $25.00.
Returns:
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
A pre-authorization number is required for all returns. NOTE: ANY
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRE-AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. Credits applied to any account are for product exchange ONLY, no exceptions.
Warranties:
All items are warranted per the manufacturer. We will make prompt disposition of
defective merchandise returned to our warehouse, shipping cost prepaid. Invoice
date and number of original purchase must accompany merchandise. All items
repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned to the original location of
purchase stated on the original purchase order.
Norgas Controls, Inc. specifically disclaims all implied warranties including
those of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances will Norgas Controls, Inc. be liable for incidental or
consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.
